But we also get high rolling international & investment clients – oft viewing from afar, with big budgets – & we want to make life as easy & slick for them, to enable them to make quality property purchasing choices.

One client with a very healthy £4,000,000 budget wanted to view a property in Burnham Market that came to market recently, but that we saw off market for them weeks ago – with Jackson-Stops.

Meadow View is an enviable mixture of all North Norfolk’s best bouji town has to offer – Burnham Market on the doorstep, backing onto rolling, open countryside & a piece of flint’s throw to the gorgeous salt marshes & best beaches of the country, all wrapped up with the exclusive Herring’s Lane postcode. Jolly nice.

But how best to showcase it to the wealthy client? They wanted more than a virtual tour by WhatsApp. And why not? They are making a big purchase…

So we hired drone operator Joel of Apex Visuals to bring the property to life for them, which were then able to mix with the conventional estate agent details, our own bespoke video tours focusing on their critical areas & extensive conversations.
